Me and my wife stayed at this hotel thursday night, 10/14. We went there for a funeral. Friday morning i checked out and paid my bill $90.39. On 10/28 i get my bank statement and i noticed that they charged me an additional $350.00. I call the hotel back to find out about the additional $350.00 fee. They claim that they found cigarette butts in the garbage can and that i had smoked in the room.? I dont smoke, I have never smoked, neither does my wife. I have made several attemps to talked to the manager. He has not returned my call. I want $350.00 credited back to my account.
