Nicest, most professional staff we have never had the chance to meet! Due to severe weather, our trip had to be postponed. We were looking forward being guests of this hotel while on our way to Florida. When our plans had to be changed due to Blizzard Nemo, we were met with very accommodating and sympathetic responses as well as a full refund of the cost of our reservation. We look forward to staying at the Clarion The Belle hotel in the near future.
