I have tried about 7 times to book my trip online and called 5 different customer service/support lines, all of which say "I can't help you with that, you have to call this OTHER number." They are all morons who can't spell or speak coherently and don't understand anything I say. The schedules in their company inventory do not match the schedules on their website. Then they tell me I am wrong.
Greyhound customer service is utterly incompetent! Don't expect to get anything done with them. They will make you insane!!
