I recently took a round trip to dallas tx from albany ny july 8-13 2013 and it was the worst trip ever... Greyhound bus drivers were very rude, the customer service inside the terminal was even more rude than the bus drivers. Ive been a loyal greyhound customer for over 20 years now and with that last trip i just experienced with grwyhound they just lost a loyal customer... It was so bad i even wrote greyhound and told them about my experience and ask for a refund and i havent heard from them yet but since they dont want to reinburse me im gonna spread the word to my family and friends on how bad there employees treats there consumers. So there gonna loose loyal customers in the long run...
