I made A Car Reservation through Orbitz.com with National Car Rental for Santo Domingo, DR. 04.02.04.05.2010
Reservation # 954407131COUNT.
The total Price for the compact Car was 23$ per Day. When i tried to pick up the Car at the National Station in Santo Domingo, i was forced to purchase an additional Insurance what Resulted in paying exactly twice as much as confirmed by e-mail. I had to pay 46$ per Day in state of 23$. After calling Orbitz costumer Service, i was informed that this additional Payment is mandatory and i have to pay or cancel my Reservation. This happened to me know for the third time in 2 years, what clearly states that this is Orbitz and National Policy.
