Travel around the World Inc as a third party broker of timeshare resales for Grupo Mayan Resorts, has defrauded my 80 year old mother. She bought a timeshare unit from Grupo Mayan in Mexico, and was told her two timeshare weeks in Florida would be traded in and purchased from Travel around the World, and the purchase price was to be credited against the sale of the Grupo Mayan timeshare. The purchase price was credited, but the actual purchase and transfer of the florida timeshares was never completed by Travel around the World. They have dragged their feet on this, have kept telling my mother more documentation is required, cashed her resort transfer fees that she paid them, and still nothing has changed. When they answer the phone, they tell her that they are walking over to "accounting" as we speak to get the transaction completed... But nothing happens.
