In January we purchased a timeshare from Grupo Mayan, we traded our two timeshares one from New Orleans and one from Orlando. Every year we have to jump through hoops to get the maintenance fees paid, when the deeds should have been transferred to Travel Around the World back in 2010. We paid all of the transfer fees in 2010 and to date all statements still come to us and now we have been sent out to collections. We sent them the deeds back in so we don't even have the deeds to reference. It is getting very frustrating having to deal with this every year on properties we don't even own any longer.
