The one time I don't check out a company-I get ripped off again. Expida currently owes me $217.00. The ad's they place saying there is no cancellation fees is just a lie. Here's how thay do it... They give the hotel permission to debit your account so if you have a problem they tell you you have to call the hotel and fight it out.
When you are booking they lead you to belive you are booking through Expida or Hotels.com but when you request a refund that is another story... They tell yo you have to call the hotel and of course the hotel tells you to call Expida or Hotels.com.
You will NEVER get a refund. I suggest calling the hotel direct and working out a discount. Discount hotel site are simply out to take your money. I should have learned my lesson the first time but once again. You got me!
