Efused to mail overnight bag left in lobby on departure

Made reservation for 2 rooms, stayed 5/1/10 check out both rooms 5/2/10*left silver overnight case in lobby on coffee table at departure 5/2*called 5/2/10 told to fax over copy of drivers license/copy of credit card and would charged my credit card to OVERNIGHT ship my overnight case. *faxed info to office at falcon ridge nad told over the phone fax recieved and they case will be shipped to new vacation location 5/4*no case recieved 5/5 called and told they regular mailed the case to me at cannon villas 5220 east marriott dr, phoenix az. 85054 rms 2711/2712. Should get it shortly per service desk at falcon.*called again and told case did ship, recieved a call back by the manager who said i was told wrong they on COURTESY mail and she has been out with a scorpion bite and no one does her job or helps her and the case did not shipped... Woman was very rude / bad attitude/no helpful and said she would leave my case sitting on her desk with the note i would come back to pick it up 4/28 this conversation happened on may5 i believe i cal check my cell phone records if needed. The woman hung up on me after telling me she did not like my attitude after i told her her personal problems was not my issue and how was she going to help me??? *called falcon ridge back again and searched for the managers boss and found a # to SAM. My husband called called Sam and explained the situation and she said they shipp left items all the time she would get to the bottom of this and and call us back and now mail the case to our home address since we were headed home from vacation. This incident ruined my stay at falcon ridge and my whole weeks travel i had no meds/make-up/and valuables from my case. *i called Sam# 5/8 and left message to please call me to see if my valuables were mailed and i did not get a call back and as of today 5/9 (mothers day) i am sitting here without my valuables and case, no call back and no idea if they were even mailed. I want my money back for both rooms and to be called with an apology for such poor, unprofessional service and i want to know if my case has been sent to me at home.*i return to work 5/10 and had to repurchase all new make up and daily allergy meds i take and my jewlery and money cant be replaced
