I had a repair issue that HP needed to take care of my laptop. First, it took weeks to get HP to do anything about the issue. Then, a HP representative told me they would send me a return box to ship it to HP for repair. I replied that I could not be without my computer. She told me that they would put a rush on it so they would fix it the next day and get it out to me.in the meantime, HP gave me a case manager. I e-mailed my case manager to ensure they would fix it the same day and overnight it back to me. She completely ignored me! Then, I find out they are not even planning on shipping the laptop back to me for a couple of weeks! This is not what I agreed to when I spoke with the rep at HP. I e-mailed the CEO, but he ignored me. So, I e-mailed another executive at HP. He made them fix the computer... Although now a day late.By this point, it is Friday. I told HP that I absolutely had to have it by Saturday.instead of shipping it overnight with Saturday delivery, I will not get it until Monday.
HP has lousy service. You have to continually bombard them to perform basic customer service issues and to live up to their promises.
