I sent my PC in for repair and instructed you to send it to my NY address vs Fl. If it was being shipped to arrive after 5/8. It arrived 5/10 in Fla. I called trying to locate it and confirmed that it was still in FL. Your Case Mgrs had it picked up and supposedly shipped to NY. However as of this writing which is 18 days later, i still do not have the machine, you don't know where it is. Your case mgmnt dept is closed on Sat and I'm told to wait 3 more days to find out what has happened.
I don't even know if it was fixed what was done. I am on a borrowed PC, my files/important docs are on the missing machine. Your case mgrs can't seem to solve this, which is your problem. I have attached the case #s and phone records. I have 3 Toshibas but this will cerainingly put a chill on any future purchases. Is it too much to ask that you find the machine you sent to Fla. And airmail it to Briarcliff? Ps would you llike to pay the bill for outside tech services to update and match all the docs etc. On the loaned machine with mine once I get it if I ever do?
