Expedia is just a total ripoff and its own customer support is rude, inadequate and nearly non-existant with delay period of every phone is 30min plus. Not checking the numbe of that time period they simply hang-up in center of talk. I reserved two airfare tickets for domestic journey from east shore to midwest, anything was established and had emails to show it. One day before journey i obtained the e-mail stating modifications hasbeen designed to my itenarary and that I have to contact expedia, thats after I learned the real support that expedia offers to its customers. Their customer support may be the toughest, I've seen the service-industry drop as time passes but expedia meets all my objectives. They put 5-6 times each after delay period greater than half-an hour. One woman consultant was pressuring me to stop my schedule after she stated the airways that cancelled my unique return trip CAn't be attained, after being on-call for over 3 hours, i got frustrated and stated ok please stop the flights. At that second she stated call-back after to around 30 minutes to verify cancellation. I got really pissed up cos she'd requested me to hold back half and time on-hold to reschedule the trip that the airlines has terminated, then she said i Should wait half-an hour easily desired to stop the entire schedule. Even after being around 30 minutes, she stated call-back after half-an hour as methods are down, how might the methods move down in center of the talk. Its nothing like a little travel company it a large title company. I am truly pissed at their bad treatment of clients and that I experience am gonna prevent them such as the existing trouble they are. Just watch out for expedia they're an entire ripoff. They simply enjoy activities and also have no idea whats happening inside their own company. As somebody mentioned use them for research and not guide something together, I'm not often a critic however they con they setup is far too difficult to consume, and that I don't require additional tourists on restricted budget and period being bothered by these ineffective companies who constitute tales out-of nothing and dont understand the very first thing about client service.in my eyes expedia * probably the most after horsepower.
