User Beware. Expedia.com and Continental Airlines are tightly alliance'd. When there are issues such as flight changes, Expedia will readily defer to Continental policy rather than take take up for the customer. My recent issues involves a trip planned over a month in advance. Two days later I discovered that my return was booked for 5:00 AM rather than 5:00 PM. But too late, says Expedia. End result was over a $300 fee to change. Makes you want to get even with both of these jerks. Expedia seems to be of questionable benefit.
