Charged $1,332 for nothing

I've a cost on my charge card for $1332 from IAN Travel Providers that used to donot create. I can not achieve them by telephone. I observe that plenty of others have experienced exactly the same horrible encounter with this particular organization. How can they escape withit? They've basically robbed me of $1332!
