I was promised by Rev. Graham that he could have my timeshare sold in 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops for a price of $28,500. He said the reason he could get me that price was he was dealing with companies that were looking to purchase timeshares to use as a tax write-off. With-in one week he called and said he had interested parties and should be closed by end of week. Next week could only get a hold of his assistant Kim; she said the paper work was being reviewed. And that is the story I got when ever I could get a hold of someone for the next couple of months.
I finally got a call from Robbie wanting to know if I wanted to rent any of my weeks, they could do that for an additional fee. I actually got a hold of Mr Graham when I called that week and he told me NO I should not rent because he was going to get my timeshare sold as promised at the price he promised me of $28,500. He became impossible to get a hold of after a couple of more weeks, I was told his office was being remodeled, and I believe he is no longer working there.
Mr. Goldstein, GM 5 Star Resort Marketing, doesn't return my calls and his assistants tell me my only recourse is if I sell my timeshare within 20% of the asking price they will refund then. But of course they know that isn't going to happen since Rev. Graham over inflated the price to begin with.
