The Viking River Cruises broker "assisting" people guide our holiday for June makes repeated errors. She doesn't pay attention to communications I abandon her on her voice mail. She's often delayed answering emails. I ask her to complete something and he or she eventually ends up doing something different... Then I've to possibly email her or contact her to fix the error.
