Last weekend, we arranged a visit to China through Viking River cruises for June (Imperial Treasures of China tour). I investigated offered flights from Louisville to China and picked one of the most appealing, smallest routes. I handed the trip info on to my travel broker, who subsequently named Viking to guide for all of US. Viking advised her that people couldn't have these routes simply because they contract through airlines and people routes weren't provided within the agreement. Alternatively they place us on the return trip that requires 33% longer.

I called the Viking Air Plus Division and was handled quite rudely. The consultant that responded explained they would not keep in touch with me since I had been only a client and never a travel agent. I expected her concerns concerning the journey and he or she was brief and rude with me. I requested to consult with a concerning the routes and was informed that the supervisor "would not talk to me since I had beennot a travel agent." I fixed her and stated that a might consult with me since I had been a person. She explained they were 20 minutes from final with no supervisor was there, which there were just a couple still functioning. I advised her that I'd call-back 24 hours later.

24 hours later, I named and talked with an other woman, Patrice, this time around very useful and ethical. But she was not able to place us about the required routes, and so I thanked her and requested to nevertheless talk to a (she'd been speaking with the supervisor within my phone). She moved my phone towards the supervisor. But he didn't reply the phone call and alternatively I acquired his voicemail. I quit my title, quantity, a short explanation of my criticism, and required a return telephone call. He's never called me back. Undesirable customer support.

I'm requesting that people be placed on one of the most appealing routes provided. Just a few chairs on that one airplane have now been reserved this significantly ahead of time. There's undoubtedly space about the airplane. Which is absurd to request people within their 70s to travel hours longer and include extra connecting routes for their trip. The routes to China are extremely lengthy and strenuous, and also the considered it being created also longer since we shall not be positioned on these routes we're seeking is unsettling.
