I am Terri Hall And I have been told that I can not change my travel arrangement to shorten my trip under no cercomstances. I recently spoke with a represntative and was told that I can only use the deposit that I have already paid for one specific vacation. Which the terms that I agreed to said nothibg of the sort. Now as it stands I can not get a refund, I can not change the package to a shorter trip, and all they have to say about my money is "oh well sorry forry the inconvinence." So now I will lose my deposit of $250.00 If i don't take the seven day trip.
