Was led to believe that an upcoming trip is to be at a luxurious accomodations. When we called to verify deluxe two-bedroom accommodations, we were only told that "we will love it"; "it is absolutely and not given a specific answer. When we recently received the call to confirm the reservation, we were told it is only a one-bedroom accommodation that will not be feasible for the 4 adults in our group.
