Direct overseas flight in coach was cancelled due to Mechanical issue. Got overnight meal vouchers, even if limited in value ($10 dinner, $5 Breakfast). Needed to take non-direct flight next day, which was cheaper than the original direct flight.
Called for refund, but even though customer care confirmed, agreed and gave amount, they couln't do the refund. Went to Refund dept, they demanded mail with Tickets showing flights. We did get the refund eventually, but the process was more involved than required. Call to Customer Service, should have been enough.
