I planned to go over seas to Japan and used skytours. Enrolled in the 38.00 cancellation option and when I decided that I didnt want to cancel, I sent them an email. I didnot recieve an email back ackknowledging that it was cancelled and that I will recieve an email. They do not have a phone number nor do they have a corporate address which makes me think they are shady. What are my option for getting my money back?
