I decided to give the tea a try and found out they my doctor did not think the tea would be good for me so i called the number provided and got an automated service telling me they only except cancellations in writing and then gave me an email address (that does not work anymore)
I sent the email on 6/21 and noticed that no one had gotten back with me. I checked my bank statement and see they took more money from my account.
I called them today and found that the email i sent my cancellation to was cancelled and replaced by another, found that i can not get my money back until the tea comes to my house, i then return it, and then another 3-4 days after they get the product back i will get my refund (less shipping and handling).
I had a real hard time understanding the lady on the phone because there was a bad connection on their side - the phone call took about 20 minutes bacause I had her repeat everything several time until I understood.
Due to this big mess I am out $65 and will get the refund sometime in the near future (not sure when depends on when they recieve the product)
