I signed up for the free 3 day trial. I went to cancel it within the 3 days, but it only gave me the option to cancel it in 3 months, which I did, and then emailed them. I requested that my account be cancelled within the 3 days and to give consumers an option for this as it is not fair that I had to write to them to cancel. I kept logging on to find my account active and I was still receiving emails from people.
I emailed again as I couldn't find a phone number anywhere to get a phone number. I phoned the phone number to have them tell me that I was using the services as I had been checking the emails. Yes, I checked the emails to see if this company was only replying to that inbox. Still not the point.
They have to give you an option to cancel within 3 days. The funny thing is also that I cancelled the automatic subscription twice now and only when I called did I get an email saying it had been cancelled?!
How is this possible? How do they get away with this? Who polices horrible companies like this? If they had a store front they would be out of business but hiding in some corporate identity they think it is ok to steal peoples money and then provide no customer care?
