The BOGO offer is a scam. They tell you that you will earn a Buy One Get One free. Then they never send it. If you try and follow-up they say. We sent it... We are not responsible for undelivered emails. Sorry we can't help you. It's a scam and the company is abusing trust and their customers. Do not fly on Spirit Airlines. Just look at their Better Business Bureau record. It is terrible. They are not a good company and should be avoided.
