I booked a flight to Orlando fla. From Atlantic City, but when the iternary appeared on the computer screen the departing City (flight) indicated Atlanta Ga. Not Atlantic city, NJ.
I called Spirit Airlines Customer Service and they cancelled the flight & charge and issued me a voucher for the purchase price.
I was told there would be no charge for rebooking the correct flight. I booked the correct flight but I was charged $140 for processing the voucher.
I called Customer Service but they were of no help, I wrote Spirit airlines and received no response, I emailed Customer service and they would not make an adjustment or understand the actual problem.
I requested an appeal of their decision but received no response. I wrote the Better Business Bureau but Spirit did not respond to them.
It appears that Spirit Airlines does not care about their customer. This was a Computer Error or Glich and I should not be charged.
