Failure to pay hotel bill as promised

In April we bought a vacation deal which was to incorporate a-3 evening/4-day resort stay, 4 VIP seats, $25.00 meal voucher, Discount Guide, $100 Gas Rebate Certification along with a 3/2 night reward holiday for $179.00. Furthermore, we'd the choice to include additional evenings (which we bought one) for yet another $50 per night. It was as a swap for the work in a 90-minute demonstration your day after appearance at-one of the hotels. It ended up to be always a demonstration to get a Personal Residence Membership that was however to be built. We decided to not buy a account within the membership or, I suppose, instead a pursuit in another of the however-to-be-constructed holiday properties. We have there been from July 21-25. The gasoline refund and reward holiday was a laugh w/d there have been a lot of hoops and/or costs to become compensated that there is no threat of people declaring these "presents". We discovered recently the resort we remained in (Quality Hotel on Hwy 76) billed people for the remain in the rough quantity of $315.00. The resort claims we closed a subscription card that claims we guaranteed to pay for in case the 2nd occasion doesn't. I've required a duplicate of the enrollment card and also the hotel bill. Easily do not get it in one single week, I intend to challenge the bank card cost.
