Denver and Atlanta preferred service is messed up. I've had to wait in long queues at the preferred counter 3 times staffed with only 1 or 2 people covering it with 10 - 15 people standing in line. When I get to the counter - they say your contract is waiting in your car at location X... When I ask why I had to wait in line or why is this happening - they offer no explanation or appology. AVIS your screwed up... Fix it
