I was sold a certificate for a cruise. When I called to arrange cruise, I learned that there were huge additional fees for "peak season" (-which was ten months of the year) and the room had two small bunk beds! There were more fees for a regular bed.
When I added up the fees, the total cost was more than if I had bought direct from Travelocity. I explained this to the customer service rep. Who was hostile and defensive. I asked to speak to the manager and should would not connect me. She was abusive and argumentative. She said if "if you keep talking like this, your not going to be talking to anyone." When I kept insisting I speak with the manager, she hung up on me.
After two more calls, I was given to a woman who claimed to be a manager. She offered some hotel vouchers in exchange for the cruise certificate, which I did not accept.
