After issuance of a certificate valid for a 7 day cruise (#60105 1 A) I could not get a response to schedule the cruise, upgrade accommodations, ask questions, etc. I have called and no one answers the phone and when I have talked with someone, I was told someone would call me back and no one did. The coupon then expires. To call them, it costs the customer as they do not have a toll-free number. I was going to try e-mailing them and found this site so apparently I am not the only dissatisfied person.
