I bought product from Overstock Beauty Supply, thinking that they were affiliated with Overstock.com, a site that I trust. I received the product, surprisingly, as I received no order confirmation, even after I emailed Overstock Beauty Supply for a confirmation. Six months after receiving the product, a Chi straightener, it stopped working. I emailed the only email address I could find on their website to see if they would replace the product and got no response. I found a 30 day guarantee on their website for products purchased through them, but Chi products have a two year warranty. I emailed the company a second and third time to see if they would honor the warranty and replace the faulty product, but I have received no response. I fear that Overstock Beauty Supply is selling poorly made counterfeit products under popular brand names to consumers.
