Sent Alpine $1479 for a transmission and torque converter on 12 Nov. Took 3 attempts to get the correct converter. After finally getting the correct torque converter and installing the transmission, it will not go into reverse. Tried to call the company, but the phone is not working. Sent emails and have nto gotten a response. Not sure I will ever get anything for my $1479.
