I went online to order ink cartridges for my printer. 1 black, 1 magenta, 1 yellow, and 1 cyan. This was on 4/10/08. They took the money out of my account on 4/17/08, and now it's 5/2/08 and I have not received any kind of email confirmation, no emails back (I've emailed them about 20 times), I've left about 50 voice mail messages (which their number goes right to voice mail)-and haven't gotten any response yet. I have filed a complaint with the Frisco, TX Police Dept.; which they tell me they have 12 other complaints on 2for1imaging.com Office Supply Factory, I filed a BBB complaint, and a Federal Internet Complaint with the Justice Department. Apparently they are just taking customer's money and not delivering products. Total theft, total, scam, absolute FRAUD!!!
