I received an email about this Ramada Plaza Resort package in February. Of course, I spoke to 2 different people and neither one of them told me that this package was a ownership vacation. I found out through a friend and then called. Sure enough. You have to sit through an ownership seminar to get your package.
I only wish I had known to look on this rip off report before I purchased. I have called my credit card company and am disputing it, but does anyone have any other suggestion. The manager Steve at the Orlando resort where we were suppose to stay is the one who sold this to me and not one time did he mention an ownership vacation resort or that you have to sit through a seminar to get your package. Any suggestions? Please help!
On may 19, I spoke with the supervisor in accounts by the name of "Caprice", she even offered to give me an extra night because I was so upset over this. If they are not in the wrong, why would they offer me a free night just like that. I told her where she could stick her free night and the rest of the package. Right then, I knew that she was use to dealing with irrate customers.
