On May 19, I and my family took a travel to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and we stayed in a Chinese home based hotel. The hotel provided me two rooms with one full size bed in each room.in the room I lived there was a bed with a noise making mattress. On the edge of the bed, the spring was prominantly touchable. And the bed is too weak for me to sleep. So I had to sleep on the floor. The quilt was havey but very thin. On that night it was snowing, but there was almost no heating provided in those rooms. The rooms were like could rooms. During the whole night, My wife and me felt too could to reach a sleep.in the other room my daughter had to wear all her thick clothes to keep warm.in such situation, I told the owners that we could not live here any more, because we were suffering from the bad housing. But the owners did not feel any sorry about our suffering in thier home hotel, and denied the faults in their service, but insist to ask me for extral fee for their business loss. I paid them extral $50 (plus the fee for the one night $90) in cash and left. I do not feel good at all. To me it is an insult.in fact I bought a poor quality product with too much money. On the second night, my ear is inflamed due to that bad sleep.
