My partner and I rented an Apartment at The Blue Dolphin for January- March. We paid $1,000 in good faith in March to secure the same apartment for January- March.
On August 1, my partner died suddenly. I decided not to go there this year and requested a refund in writing inthe middle of August. I have sent numerous letters, e-mails, and phone calls to Clint Gordon. He brushes me off and does not communicate.
I have contacted several agencies in Florida hoping to get this resolved.
This situation was beyond my control because of my partner's death. There is no reason why they are withholding the $1,000 and not communicating in any way. They are very unbusiness-like.
