Made reservations for 1 week rental in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.informed the reservation person that I had 2 certificates, one for a free week rental from Midwest Airlines (25,000 air miles) and one for a free upgrade from National. I was told to present both certificates at the airport upon arrival. I did as instructed and was given credit only for the upgrade. The person at the desk took both certificates. We realized the following day that we were not given credit for the free week and immediately contacted the manager at the Jackson Hole Airport.
After multiple phone calls, a trip back to the airport with further information, calls to Midwest miles, multiple calls to National customer service and calls to master card to dispute the charge, we have a empty promise of a free week. Master card was also told we would be given a certificate for a free week. To this date and with follow up calls, no certificate.
