I called customer service and was told I could take a bottle [alcohol $50] in my carry on, as long as the seal wasn't broken. When I checked in security removed it and told me I couldn't. I explained the call and they said, spirit has nothing to do with security. I don't think your employee should have miss informed me of this. I had already made preparations to mail items that I couldn't take with me. I think I should be compensated for my loss.
