I purchased a one year subscription to 24/7 downloads—their software was hard to use and could not get it to work. I called the phone number listed but only got a recording saying there was no one there to take the call instead go to: www.24/7downloads247cs.net and fill out a form. Once there I filled out the charge back credit card form—I have done that many times and to this day still have got no response and my credit card has not been charged back.
I will now have to go through the trouble of canceling my current card. Please be aware of this company as THEY ARE A RIPOFF.
