Priceline does not honor what is written in black and white on their own website! We booked a room for a night and bought the travel insurance in case of any need to have to cancel. (Which is what this policy says it is good for.) Our daughter got sick the night before we were to leave, so we called to cancel our trip. Of course they are now telling us they can't refund our money and are giving us the run around about having to go to some insurance company that was not mentioned on the website at all. This is ridiculous! They are refusing to put a supervisor on the phone or anything. Do not use Priceline!!!
