I will never book with a discount airline again, especially Priceline.com.
I booked an itinerary with their travel insurance. I was later contacted by the airline that my flight details had been completely changed (they had me flying in a day later and flying out a day earlier). I called Priceline to get my itinerary corrected, so that I would be flying in on the days I had originally booked with them. They had me on the line for over 2 hours and were not able to find me a new flight itinerary, and said they would refund my tickets since it was their fault the changes occurred.
However, the $50 for travel insurance was NOT refunded and I am not allowed to use it for any new itinerary I book, even if my trip is booked on the same days.
I feel like I have been scammed!!! I am paying for service I cannot use!!! I can't use it because they forced me to cancel my reservation.
Please God, put Priceline.com out of business. I am tired of this dishonest company taking advantage of unsuspecting people. Making money off lies...
