I arranged a resort with otel.com last March from an internet restaurant and obtained a contact confirming my scheduling. The resort was marketed to be 5k from Bergamo (France), the cab driver explained it'd charge 1 pound per km then when 25 units along with a 25 pound statement later I questioned why the trip required such a long time he explained the info I Would been provided was incorrect (this really is supported by AA autoroute). On arrival in the resort, they didn't have my scheduling and also the quantity I offered them meant nothing, they permitted me to login towards the web and that I discovered to my terror that my scheduling have been ended.

I wound up needing to discuss an area using the resort which price 20 pound significantly more than the cost I Would settled on otel.com (although appears they didn't cost my card) and forked out an overall total of 50euro in cab costs to get a resort that was said to be 5km from bergamo and 6km towards the airport (equally obviously incorrect).

I've been speaking with numerous non-english speaking customer support employees (evidently from their poultry workplace) as well as in almost six months have nowhere fast.

They demand the exact distance towards the resort is proper and appear to dismiss my documentary proof towards the opposite.

They say they attempted to make contact with me by telephone and since I didn't respond they ended my scheduling - I never obtained a phone or a missed phone or an answermachine concept.

They attempted to express perhaps I Would provided an unacceptable tel quantity however they contradicted this by declaring my 'correct' tel quantity on a single of my emails.

They said the individual that handled me had quit the organization.

They said they'd enhance the criticism using the hotel - however obviously it had been not the resortis problem.

They demand they attempted to make contact with me - the only contact I'd was a contact (after I reached the resort) to express they'd ended it.

Fundamentally they're stating that simply because they never established my scheduling and didn't cost my card they can't support me with my criticism.

I've requested for escalation but I Have been informed that it's Caroline (created in UK) however now located in Poultry may be the greatest port of phone. She's not answering my concerns but has become stating that she can't support me because it is over 5 weeks because the occasion.

I've held all of the emails and am considering likely to trading requirements, I've obtained terrible client solutions plus they merely aren't thinking about my grievances and proceed to prevent the problems and fob me down.

I am seriously furious and discouraged due to their common perspective and I simply have no idea what I - can do to solve this issue.

If anybody could offer guidance please allow me to know...
