I arranged a resort in Birmingham, many weeks ahead of time using the organization www.hostelbookers.com. One nights accommodation about the 11th March and another evening on 14th March.
I went overseas for this journey so when i reached my resort the resort had no report of me! I'd obtained a of scheduling mail from hostelbookers.com that we introduced with me, having a booking research plus they had obtained a £10 deposit off me
This meant I'd to hurry around looking for another resort so that as Manchester United were enjoying with this evening, it was difficult, with everywhere being ordered up. I invest around £50 on taxis likely to numerous locations and on my visit to the resort which had never heard about me, that was also a lost trip. After I ultimately discovered a brand new resort it cost me £40 more aswell, and so I dropped almost £100 as a result of this organization.
The resort also had no report of me being reserved set for my 2nd evening about the 14th March possibly, despite me having a verification mail from Hostelbookers.com, a booking research along with a deposit being obtained by them.
I sent hostelbookers.com instantly after I ultimately discovered a brand new resort that was away from citycentre and from the method. They responded stating they'd consider my criticism but never responded next.
They've explained they will return my £10 deposit but I have not obtained that however and also have needed to pursue them again.
