Ruined our St Valentine holiday

On 2-February I arranged an all inclusive 4-star vacation in Jamaica with Expedia for just one week from 12-February to 19 February in the Great Palladium resort, Montego Bay. Expedia debited my charge card upfront for that total quantity of $1,801 after which established the scheduling with both Expedia and resort confirmation quantities. On 11-February while I had been going to Jamaica Expedia delivered mean email stating there is an issue which I ought to contact them. Used to do not get the mail till I reached Montego Bay airport. I tried many times to contact them-but due to the snowbound climate in america an automatic reaction explained these were bombarded with calls from vacationers. I delivered numerous immediate emails but didn't obtain a reaction. I continued towards the resort where I had been informed that I ought to contact Expedia - following a large amount of dialogue I had been informed that Expedia had terminated the reservation about the prior evening! (11-March) which the resort was currently completely reserved plus they didn't possess a space for me personally. We were compelled to appear elsewhere and needed to have a last second self-catering residence. It had been our Street Valentines vacation and my spouse who'd will have to prepare was mad.
