I arranged a motel reservation for 5 evenings in Costa Rica for 12/25-12/31. The advertised price was $85 per space, per evening for just two people, 2 children. Many times later and after more than 15 telephone calls (several worldwide), as it happens they'd incorrect resort contact data and resort didn't have availablity. Resort stated the price was said to be $85 PER PERSON, per evening and resort wouldn't recognize the scheduling. Bookit discussed with resort which was their present: Bookit might to pay for a greater price for all of US however the issue was they just had an area for 3 from the 5 times. They'd no idea where we're able to remain another 2 evenings since all region resorts were reserved. Lastly, I ended the reservation and am expecting a return. They charged my charge card, didn't recognize the advertised price, and had no means to fix the issue. They have to be held responsible for fake marketing and never praising the contract using the customer. Therefore, we've trip concerns with nowhere to remain. Our first and last scheduling together.
