Jim rosenburg who is the president for edgerton burroughs and who is working with attorney chris clark are covering this whole thing up. They snuck into condo units and put mold sensors, so that they can sneak into the units and cover-up or fix what ever damage there is. This company owns most of myrtle beach like broadway at the beach, the old pavillian, past owners of the nascar park, myrtlewood and so much other commercial property along with residential real estate like the grande dunes.
Just remember when going to myrtle beach, to stay away from this company, because they own and control alot more then people know and will do what ever they want without the consumers best interest. If they did have consumers best interest, they would not rent out mold infested condo units inside there hotel or sell damaged properties for high amounts of money and not do repairs requested. But they will take your money and run. Fact is when they were building this marina "mold" inn, maybe 10 out of the 100 people working spoke english. Thats who they employ to build there fancy 4 star hotels and condo's. Broken granite, broken cabinets, carpets laid with nuts and bolts under it, moldings with plaster on them, not sanded andpaint over it. For over $500,000 you could have bought a new constructed house without the mold and have money left over to go on a 10 day cruise to the caribian islands for 20 people.
Fact is mold was in building 4,5, 7 and a known fact that mold is ther right now in building 7, today on this 4th day of march
