Don McMillin is an evil slumlord with no regard towards the personal well being of his tenants. He has been forced to move us in and out of several mold infested units with gigantic holes in the cieling. Because we exercised our rights, we got sent to the best units in the building. Yet, these units we got moved into, had conditions that got worse and worse. Repairs were never made, and if they were, they sent the repair man to spray some 409 on the mold or simply paint over it. They only put a piece of paper with a plaster layer over holes. The roof is crumbling and repair men refuse to even walk on it. Apartments are being flooded frequently because of the poor plumbing system.
Don McMillin and his scooter pooter buddy Robert Vannata continually lie and decieve everyone who has an interest to give them money so they can buy more dradles. They just can't seem to get enough money for all the golden dradles and menorahs they desire. Im not being racist, it's true, I have proof. They are showing these moldy units to people that could be most vulnerable to the effects of mold. Ex. Young girl with newborn,
families, people with pets, elderly. Our money has gone to units that were promised to be so many things.in the end they turned out to be a home to us that threatened our health on a daily basis.
In addition, Kathy, the wonderful front lady is a prime and perfect representative of DM Properties stupidity and ignorance for tenant's rights. They set it all up for themselves, and when they're called on it they shit themselves because we're right and protected by the lie. They have endangered our health as well as my dog's health time and time again.
And you would think, maybe we'd get lucky with a good on-site manager. Nope, they hired a gypsy who hangs dog sh*ts on doors for days at a time. Thank you Gladys Worley for the bag of dog sh*t on our door, when you gave everyone else a bag of cookies over the weekend.
DM Properties has a team of evil coniving people who think its fun to screw over people's lives. They have been trying to team up against us in any way possible trying to kick us out. DM Properties discriminate and lie to continually make up evidence against us that cannot be proven.
It looks like we are not the only ones who have been screwed over illegally by Don McMillin and his team of evil sheisters, Tom, Kathy, Robert, and Gladys Worley.
