I would like to let you know about my horrible encounter with Orbitz. I purchased since Sept a at orbitz.com, to travel from Mexico to Athens, Portugal with my entire household (6 people).

We received email verification from Orbitz, and there is never any modifications towards the schedule, neither by email or from the Orbitz site.

He day-we reached the airport, Iberia informed us our Madrid-Athens trip did not occur. The trip was run by Iberia (Mexicanais companion). Iberia informed us it was Mexicana's problem. We visited Mexicana's practices in the airport plus they informed us it was Orbitzis problem.

We'd to contact Orbitz (long-distance, from our cell phone).
