Flight ticket mess-up

I simply had a traumatic and annoying experience with Orbitz. I arranged a Holiday trip on Qatar Airways through Orbitz about ten weeks before. They sent me a paper solution. Subsequently, I obtained a contact from Orbitz saying there have been a big change to my schedule. After I named Orbitz to ask what I ought to do, they questioned me to deliver the document solution back again to them. After I requested repeatedly what otherwise I ought to do, they stated "Nothing; we will go from below." I consequently obtained an electric type from Orbitz using the fresh schedule, that we thought was my digital solution. Nevertheless, whenever we visited the airport to check on in, the flight stated that the report claims I had been released a document ticket, and so they might not table people with no paper ticket. Calls to Orbitz in the airport (which required hours) were of no avail. After acknowledging they fooled me, Orbitz today promises they informed me to call-back after sending the paper solution. Ultimately, I've needed to spend one more 80-percent of the solutionis price to obtain on the trip two nights later. I spent a lot of time about the telephone with Orbitz. The team were primarily incompetent (they contradicted themselves repeatedly).

I'd prefer to understand if others have had comparable encounters, and what option we may have.
