Imperial Majesty
Lied about costs and did not inform me of charges and hidden costs and upgrades that I was suppose to receive

I am a very unhappy customer. I got some travel vouchers in the mail and everything sounded like it would be a good deal to take this cruise line vacation to Fort Lauderdale a 3 day cruise to Paradise Island in the Bahamas and Universial tickets for Orlanda Florida with all food free plus a free car rental.

I took my 13 year old daughter on this trip which turned out to be a bad deal all the way around. To start out with I was called by one of the Ramada Resort hotel workers a few days before the trip saying that I had to pay $200 more dollars for port taxes for the cruise because the cruise was not for the day I booked.

The boat was supposed to Leave Saturday December 6th but now they said it was leaving Friday the 5th of December so I do not feel I should have been charged since that was their mistake booking me anyway without looking to see if the cruise line had any date changes.

We also ended up going to a total different Island then what we were told.instead of going to Paradise Island we went to the Grand Bahama Island which did not have the excurtions that I wanted.

Another thing is I was told all food would be free since I paid over 1,000. Everytime my daughter went to eat I was charged fees each time. Another thing is no one informed me of parking charges or toll charges that I was responsibe for. Parking the car at the boat terminal was quite high.

Toll charges for the highway were also not included in my expenses for the travel from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando Florida and I was not told about these charges. The cruse line fuel surcharges were not included either. No one told me about these fuel charges either.

I had put a $200.00 deposit for the cruise and I only received $51.36 back when I hardly bought anything. This whole trip was a big ripoff and now I feel that I will never buy a package deal again.

I feel as though I was lied to and not informed very well of what my charges would be. The other thing that comes to mind is I was promised a ocean view deck room which I did not get.
