Priceline delivered an itinerary that flew me into a different airport than I requested. The hotel that was in the package was close to the original airport. The arrival time at the alternate airport was after all rental car companies are closed.
There is no way to get from the airport to the hotel they are charging me for on the night that I requested and was charged for.
Calls to all of their service numbers eventually wind up in the Phillipines where people politely try to blame me for all problems when I had no choice in the itinerary.
They then refer to the contract you MUST agree to before you see the itinerary they planned. The contract you are reminded does not permit any changes, refunds or adjustments even though they can not deliver what is promised.
I have also writtent to their customer service email and do not expect to receive any more satisfaction than the three useless people that answered the phones.
